If you are looking for full a service hotel, it's not for you but as we weren't, it's easy relaxed feel was just right. "The staff and food was all great. The location is very good except when it is a weekend with the party people circling the hotel until after midnight. I do remember when I was young so having earplugs does help. I would suggest they take the bright green light off of the phone on the wall as it lights up the whole room. "My wife and I spent three nights at this hotel at the end of August 2024. We really liked this hotel. We had a room that overlooked Lake Como with a wraparound balcony. The staff was very friendly and assisted us with a variety of different request. The breakfast buffet was very good, and we were greeted by friendly faces every morning.
