"My friend and I have just returned from a 3 night stay here and I can honestly say we thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff are super friendly and very helpful. The food is delicious and speedy service too. The entertainment that we saw was very good. It had everything that we needed and it is so conveniently located for all amenities. We will definitely book here again."

"We love Llandudno. 1st stay at the Grand wont be the last. Great view from the room, great size room. Could have been cleaner, wouldnt take much. Good clean bedding. Value for money. The outstanding points are your waitress Jo at dinner and breakfast who went above and beyond to make our stay great, and one of the chefs at breakfast (unfortunately i didnt get his name). They're the ones that make the difference. "

"An excellent hotel right on the sea front. The welcome by reception staff was excellent. The room was really nice and I think they have all recently been refurbished. They kindly opened the dining room early for us for breakfast and the staff here too were brilliant. Well worth the money"
