"I love this motel. This was my second time staying and I used it as an overnight stop while traveling with family. Very kind and helpful staff, easy check in/check out, great breakfast and coffee. Convenient with a grocery and gas on site and very close to center restaurants and museums. Clean rooms and comfortable beds."

"This inpromptu stay, while travelling home, was a really pleasant experience. The food in the restaurant was amazing, the room was massive and we even had a jacuzzi style bath! Staff could have not been more helpful and even made a pretty good cup of tea for my wife on the morning of her birthday! (We are from the UK and good tea is hard to come by). We loved the hotel, really can't recommend highly enough."

"Fine hotel with big rooms (separate with twin bed and a hall with expandable sofa). First level is indeed restaurant, but too bad it works limited hours - just as practically all restaurants in Spa. The staff was nice and helpful."

"A wonderful hotel and packed with character. Our suite was literally a complete house! 2 floors, beautiful patio with glass doors overlooking a lawn area. The breakfast room was stunning. Like dining in the Louvre! Would highly recommend this hotel!"

Walls were very thin and all of the doors closed with a large slam, making it very sleep-disruptive in the morning and night. The shower door of my room was broken. The reception staff was friendly and sincere but there is only so much one person can pull. Needs more staff. "
