"It’s a decommissioned cruise ship, so its a fun and unique place to stay. The location is not good due it being located on a mile long peninsula. Staff was helpful and friendly enough with the exception of the bar staff during the day. We waited at a bar side table 30 minutes and were not even acknowledged, so we went and sat at the bar and left after 10 minutes since it was apparent we were not getting served. "We've stayed at a lot of hotels, this one was one of the better ones! Really comfortable bed, and great bathroom with an incredible rainfall showerhead. Lovely and quiet area with plenty of great places to eat and a supermarket close by as well. Really easy to get to via the trams. The room was perhaps a tad on the small size, bit it didn't bother us at all. Would very happily stay here again!"

"Stayed in a higher level room with a view of the canal. Happy with the room and the hotel is very near to the centre of Rotterdam and public transport (trams, trains, buses). Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is relatively simple and the same every day, but there's something for everyone.
