"Pros: Location and service staff attitude. Food quality is mostly good. Cons: cleanliness, outdated faucets and bathroom. Smelly bed. TV not working. A small issue but I was billed for a different dish than ordered. Entire hotel was plastered with posters to observe Covid appropriate behavior; it was even advertised that they take care of sanitization of the property but we found that indifferent attitude towards the pandemic throwing caution to winds. Overall I would not recommend this place...

"The activities coordinator/manager is a creep. We went for new years. His name is Ranjit. Girls, please beware. He was drunk and kept telling me to go into the woods with him to collect wood. I said no and he tried to hold my hand. Thankfully, I ran away before things got any worse. The next day we tried to find his supervisor to complain but he was nowhere in sight."

"The stay in their luxury room was very comfortable. We had ordered a thin crust pizza which was delicious and nicely prepared. The buffet breakfast was having enough varieties and all with good taste. Overall a nice place to stay but amenities can be improved to spend leisure time. The seat in wash room can be a bit higher as it is bothersome if you have knee problem. The location is peaceful and is accessible via a single road from Dharampur ( about 8 kms). "
