"This was a trip was a very pleasant experience. Orlando went over and beyond to make sure my friend and I had everything we needed for our stay. One morning they were out of hot water and orange juice, so Orlando got us some hot water for our hot chocolate and oatmeal. Then, he offered my friend some orange juice. Also, had a nice conversation with the sweet lady who maintained the breakfast buffet. Even though we were translating from our apps on our phones, we managed with a good conversation. It's the small acts of kindness that goes a long way and it builds a solid business rapport with customers and hotel management. We will definitely be back. One thing that I would like Staybridge to consider, please put towel racks in the bathroom. Where should your quest put their bath towels after they use them? Towel racks are a necessity. Thank you"

"This was our first stay at a hotel with our dogs and the property worked out great! It needs updates here and there but what property doesn’t. They had plenty of area for the dogs to potty and then the walkway around the lake was perfect in the morning before we got back in the car. Highly recommended for dog owners!"
