Home Away From Home
The house is adorable...and just the right size for my brother, sister-in-law, and me. The furniture is really comfy and we had everything we needed. Great location, too. Even with the base nearby, the adobe walls kept the noise to a bare minimum. We enjoyed the patio area and watching the fighter jets swoop around in the sky. Would definitely recommend!!

This was a wonderful place to stay. It was my girl, her mom, and I who stayed. Very relaxing, easy to follow instructions for items, had a problem with tv was fixed imediately, snacks left on counter, no problems finding it or where to park.

Amazing time
Such an amazing stay that we wanted to stay longer. Even our local family was amazed and wanted to know how to book it for themselves. The owners have gone the extra mile and then some with having all the little stuff you might need and forgot. We will definitely have to book whenever we come down to visit.

This was one of the most equipped house's we have stayed at. We loved the location because it was close to the base where our airman was and we could relax in the evening with the fire pit and grilled some steaks! It was very clean with nice appliances and accomadating host!! Would definitely stay here again.

It was a beautiful home away from home. If you forgot to pack something- Sherry had already thought about it and it is stocked! She is one step ahead of making sure your visit is comfortable and stress free. I would recommend this home to anyone.

WONDERFUL
Pictures do not do this great house justice! My dogs and I stayed one night on our way to South Texas. It was so convenient to have a fenced yard for them, the jacuzzi tub was amazing after driving 10 hours and I slept like a baby. I’d love to stay here again! Thank you!

I've been using VRBO for years and this was by far the best rental I've ever had. Location was perfect for me. The unit was extremely clean and equipped with so much extra stuff. I would absolutely go back just for some R&R and stay longer!

It was so wonderful walking into a home that was so obviously loved and cared for, with so many thoughtful amenities! After roughing it in New Mexico for a month it was nice relaxing with creature comforts again. It was so nice, in fact, we decided to stay one more night just because it was so relaxing.

Great Value
Clean, well stocked, great value, spacious, lots of amenities. On the negative side, no views, unattractive lot, next to highway, and closest grocery store is 9 miles away. Still, I preferred this place much better than a motel/ hotel room and I highly recommend it for those looking for a fully equipped house at a great price.

A clean and private place
This unit is located on a main road, easy to get to. It is adjacent to an office of a company, but we found it to be a very quiet situation. The room arrangement is non-standard, but it worked well for our needs. The place was immaculately clean and outfitted with lots of needed and nice items: plenty of towels in bath and kitchen, good stock of dishes and kitchen tools, comfy and clean furniture, nice beds and linens. I would definitely recommend this unit.

Wonderful Stay
We really enjoyed our experience. It seems the owners try to think of everything they can do to make you comfortable. For example, there were Cinnamon Rolls in the fridge we could bake, and fresh fruit, and snacks on the counter. There were more than enough towels for our stay and about anything else we might need. Very accessible and easy to get to. Good internet. We plan on coming back.

Perfect stop on our road trip!
We were looking for someplace outside of the city that was pet friendly and affordable. This is your place! It was private, had everything we needed and so much more. It’s apparent that the owners love being hosts. There were snacks and even breakfast items, plenty of coffee and creamer, etc. We got there late and left early, so we didn’t get to use the amenities, they have thought of everything! We will definitely come back on our next trip through Texas.

I booked with place with friends and my dog. It was great! was visiting my husband at the Sheppard's airforce base and it was only 7 minutes away.This wasn't my first pick but I'm so happy we chose to stay here. Everything was so clean and it was very spacious. It was a little weird at first being a stand alone place attached to an office but it wasn't an issue at all. The amenities are great and worth the price. The AC is great and heated floor with fire place make it very warm.

So many extras!
Absolutely loved staying here! Sherry was quick to respond to any and all questions. We loved that we were not in town, yet so close to Base. I was surprised by how well-stocked the home was! The usual toiletries/kitchen ware and WAY more than that. I'm telling you...she has the place set up so nicely for a relaxing, no-stress home-away-from-home experience. My Airmen leaves WF in a few weeks, but if I ever need to go back, I'll stay here!

Best rental in Wichita Falls!
My family and I had the pleasure of staying at this rental about a dozen times over the course of 6 months. Every stay was great! The house was clean and well thought out for guests. It was stocked with snacks and basic groceries, and extra toiletries in case you forget something. They even have a small collection of toys that my kids loved to play with on every stay. Sherry and Mike work on site and are extremely responsive and helpful for any questions that we had. We have stayed at almost every listing in Wichita Falls while on work assignments, and this one was by far the best. Especially if you are traveling with dogs. They have an amazing dog run attached to the back that is totally secure from predators or for escape artists, and gave me piece of mind that my dogs (and kids) were safe. It’s located very near the Air Force base and was easily accessible to the other side of town and definitely worth the extra 5 minutes of driving. If you stay in the winter, the radiant heat floors and huge spa tub will keep you nice and cozy, and the beds are soft and comfortable. I’m genuinely going to miss staying here!

The property was very clean, this was definitely a plus. The add for the house is very misleading because it says house but it's only the back of the house and the front of it is a office. The jets to the wonderful tub didn't work, just a little disappointed. There were plenty of adminities and a welcome basket. Very much appreciated. The only thing I really didn't like was the next morning someone in the office opened the door and this went right into the living room. They did ask if we needed anything but felt like a little privacy was lost. We did get an early check in and a late check out which was very great because we were down for a graduation and reunion. Over all it was a great stay.
