"We checked in on Jan 2 and there were gingerbread decorations and a hot chocolate station in the main entrance. Our kids were over the moon. The pool was very clean and the water was very warm. It opened late so we were able to use it after dinner. Another pleasant surprise was the free laundry facility. We didn't need it this time but it would come in handy for longer stays. Overall we had a very pleasant stay. We would come back again in the future. "

Parking was plentiful and free. Location was in downtown and felt safe. There are decent places to eat nearby and the location is convenent if you like to visit galleries and museums (as we did)."
