"We were completely shocked at the state of the room. We requested the best they had, yet there were dead bugs on the sheets, a blood stain on the bed! And toothbrush residue splattered all over the bathroom mirror. We took pictures and I let the staff (a woman who remained on her phone during the entire conversation) know. I showed her the issues and she simply nodded and nothing else. We quickly left and ran next door to the Rusa hotel and stayed there. I don't understand how Expedia partnered...

"Great location for easy walk into Lovina but peaceful lovely location with a beautiful pool. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Very good value for money and the breakfasts were good. Nice and quiet with pleasant gardens."

"Great stay in the middle of the rice fields. Quite remote so 1 or 2 days is fine. Clean pool, good food, staff gave us a small tour through the rice fields."

"nice place, with a swimming pool, perfect if you wait to extend your visa. there is a fridge. for me the problem was that you can't open the window, I had to let the door open at night. there is no mosquito net and there are mosquitoes. the beach is not praticable, I used the swimming pool. not much around but there is an Ikan bakar nearby with good fresh fish."

"A really beautiful stay in nature, on the lake and surrounded by the mountains— every morning we wake up to breathtaking natural sights! We opted for glamping so it was a new experience. Unfortunately the stay wasnt as peaceful as we hoped— the establishment is unfortunately in between two campsites with campers who made a lot of noise singing karaoke till late in the night (past 11pm) and blasted loud music early morning (when we woke up 7plus am for breakfast). "Very reasonably priced and good value for price. Laundry service was also very good and inexpensive. Breakfast was very good. Central location made it walkable to several restaurants. No air conditioning and street noise was quite loud were the downsides. "
