The room had a temperature of 35 degrees and the a/c did not work. Our complaint was answered tha a/c only is available between 6pm and 5am. The hotel is situated in what looks like a war zone. "This is a beautiful little family run hotel on a side street off a lovely shopping area in Foggia, Italy. The rooms are on the second level and there is no elevator, but they are spotlessly clean and have good air conditioning and a nice airy feeling. The beds are very comfortable and the staff was warm and friendly but only spoke Italian. I brought my 82 year old Italian mother and she adored the staff.
