"The Ibis hotel had the most caring people behind the desk.Everyone was patient and helpful. One evening I had an issue with a wallet that was dropped in an Uber and I was having difficulty communicating with the driver. She made it work and I got my wallet. I will never forget her kindness."

The amenities are top-notch, with a refreshing pool, relaxing sauna, and a well-equipped gym that made my stay even more enjoyable. Everything was as described - a lovely spacious apartment withing walking distance to all public transport, and only 2 stops on the train into Flinders St station.Plenty of dining options & bars within 5 minutes of apartment, with a Woolies across the road (50 metres). Would definitely stay here again next time in Melbourne."
