"Great location! Nice and calm environment. Clean and tidy. Super welcome from the very friendly staff and even had my luggage carried out for me on the morning of my departure! Great overnight stay at the Ibis!"

"Room was comfortable . Food was ok but hotel busy with other functions on so felt odd eating alone. Car park a bit tricky to find - but the instructions on hotel website are very clear and better than Sat Nav. Didn’t fancy walking to another establishment so skipped breakfast ( but that was my choice due to time pressures)"

Decor in rooms a little bit tired and accommodation simpler maybe than some would like but good for me - bathroom great and for the money, perfectly fine. "Amazing place and pub/overnight stay. This is a little gem and the owners and staff should be proud of the great pub and guest rooms they run. The locals are friendly and nice, and this pub is at the heart of the community as it should be. Anyone who wants fantastic food, great staff and company needing a room or meal within 20 miles of this place should divert there. I cannot commend this establishment enough. I travel all over the UK with my job, and this is by fsr my favourite place to stay...
