"I like staying in traditional old city centre hotels, this one is superb. Opposite the station, beautiful inside with nice, spotlessly clean bedrooms and bathrooms. "At first I was hesitant about booking to stay at Nant Ddu lodge hotel due to some of the reviews I have read. However upon arrival I was extremely impressed with this hotel, the staff on the reception were super helpful and friendly, the room and bathroom was beautiful, lovely and clean as well as the rest of the hotel. Breakfast was great, great selection of cold foods as well as hot. The hotel is in a fantastic location, only a 5 minute drive from Pen Y Fan and very local to the four waterfall...

"Ideal hotel if you’re visiting Swansea Arena. Was only just over a fiver for an uber/taxi. Really friendly staff and a lovely bar and lounge area. The road side of the hotel is quite noisy, although didn’t worry us as we normally sleep with a fan on at night, so the noise wasn’t a trouble. The only real issue was the thickness of the mattress.
