"It’s a lovely place to stay. Good location, nice room, shower & bathrooms are updated. Excellent amenities…. Great view on rooftop- with wonderful swimming pool. The reception staff are amazingly friend!! I had a late check out and kindly miss Chamo Kerem allow me to stay few hours extra. What a wonderful hospitality. Highly appreciated it. I recommend this hotel to All. To enjoy their stay while they are visiting Parabupabus city !! "

"This hotel is just average at best. It got worse when the a/c stopped working and lady at the reception named Fernanda blamed it on me. She said :”yesterday it was working and today is not, it must have been you”. No apologies, no courtesy bottle of water… never again."

"The rooms were neatly cleaned, but that would be about all that was really clean. And one night I had an ants infestation in the room. Parking was for free in the underground garage, but the floor of the garage has collected an inch of dust over the years since it was last sweeped. "It’s a wonderful, wonderful, nice and new hotel, I didn’t see much customer I guess because they’re new. I hope soon they get more guests. I stay five nights. It was wonderful experience. The staff are super friendly every one of them. Yummy breakfast is available every morning. I highly recommend to all. As one receptionist, she speaks English she helped me a lot."
