"Hotel great, staff great, room great. Pillows awful, room too warm on arrival despite no radiators being switched on. A member of staff (I presume), banging on the door of a room nearby at midnight, and the ensuing banging of doors for the following 30 minutes, isn’t something we’d like to experience again.
