"Front of house helpful "

"We were impressed with the staff and service. However, the walls seemed paper thin as we could hear the coversations of the people next door. The toilet flushing was extreemly loud and the lighting was terrible, particularly if we needed to get up in the middle of the night, as it was pitch black - we had to leave the bathroom light on all night with the door slightly ajar. Very disappointing."

"Lovely hotel. Obviously brand spanking new at the moment, I hope it stays as clean as it is now over the next few years. Staff very pleasant and helpful especially Abbie - she couldn't do enough for us. The Central location is very handy - amenities were easily accessible. Enjoyable stay"

"I saw previous reviews and think some people just moan for the sake of it, my stay and twin room did exactly what it needed to, the room though basic , was adequate for our needs, yes, there were a few mouldy patches in the shower room, but you tend to get what you pay for in my experience. I would stay there again."

"What do you get for £69 quid these days? Not a lot. The staff are excellent, the bed is comfortable, and the room is tired but clean. Breakfast is served from 7 to 9, with plenty to choose from and cold. The evening meal vast choice if you like Indian but only fish or scampi as an alternative. Very limited, as a place for workers good, for those who like a choice in cuisine not good and a longer stay not good. 2 days long enough. This is our second visit to this hotel unless we hear of major...
