"This is a basic motel. It is clean and was comfortable. Breakfast was offered but did not have options at all for dietary intolerances or allergies. Though the notice said that staff speak English, the receptionist had to get a colleague to deal with my request for a refund for breakfast. This made for discomfort, though the refund was given. "

We were much too hot. Second the breakfast was only adequate. We weren’t late, but there was very little cooked food left, little fruit (which was over ripe) and nobody around to ask for more or to top up the platters. "Travelled to Cambrai for the first time and solo. Really delighted with the hotel - incredible value for money. Comfortable, clean, close to the rail station and close to the main square where all the shops, cafes and restaurants are. Staff were welcoming and helpful although it does help if you can speak a bit of French as only one person speaks fluent English. Very helpful in helping to organise a bit of additional travel for me and ensure it all went well. Hotel felt safe for a woman...

"We only stayed for one night at this gorgeous hotel. It’s a stunning building which has obviously had a lot of money, time and effort put into it. The surrounding area is quiet and rural. Our room was compact but beautifully decorated in a traditional french style. We ate in the hotel on the evening, the service and food were lovely. Unfortunately due to an early start we were unable to have breakfast. "
