"The hotel itself was very nice, rooms just the right size & clean. Good location for Nulu area. I wish the front desk would have explained the parking a little better. Free parking on the street is limited. I did not realize parking structure for $22.00 a night would turn out to be my only option. There is a drop off area behind hotel that was not explained which would have made things a little easier if I would've known. Still recommend this hotel for Nulu location. "

"I travel to Louisville about every three months and always stay here. Good breakfast, great service, clean, quiet... the room has a kitchen with microwave, dishes, fridge, sink, glasses and flatware. There is a separate "living room" with desk, sofa, chair, coffee table and TV. The bedroom is separate from the rest with a door and has it's own TV. The bathroom has a magnifying mirror! It's like having an apartment for a few days. The clientele seem to be mainly utility workers who get up...

"In general this was a good stay. Unfortunately there were some homeless people in the area and a couple were noticed sleeping on the bench outside the property. Parking is limited as well. Inside the property is well maintained and clean. Staffing was limited at the front desk but no major problems or concerns ruined our stay. "

"My sister and I had a very pleasant day, and it became more pleasant when Amy and Dawn at the front desk, helped us with our boarding, passes being printed out. Amy even helped me fix my Maps app which was making me crazy because it wouldn’t speak and she fixed it in about two seconds. She went above and beyond and couldn’t have been nicer. I was also surprised how quiet it was considering it was so close to the airport."
