"The hotel is a little upside down to what I am used too as reception is at the top, but it works well! Check in was quick enough, not much chat from reception staff but they explained breakfast and what was required. The lifts are good and quick too. The room was really nice, a good enough size and I liked the choice of wood veneer colour, it gave it a richer feeling. Bed comfortable and shower room clean. "Nice hotel , pleasant staff, overall good value however the bed in my room was very hard and lumpy I had to put a extra blanket on top of the mattress to get comfortable which helped but should not have been necessary."
