Parked in 1 of only 2 disabled bays and in the morning had to ask reception to get a car moved (not disabled) from the bay next to ours as we couldn't get into our car. Bit disappointing. "

"Nice, comfy hotel in a great accessible location in Dundee. Really enjoyed the cleanliness of the room and had a great night’s sleep. Only detractor to the ground floor double room that we stayed in was a slightly creaky hallway, which let in a bit of noise during the day / morning. This wasn’t an issue at night and didn’t affect the stay much at all! Thanks to the staff for making the stay a comfortable one!"

The access to this hotel is very confusing and sat nav leaves you high and dry on a main road. The hotel is accessed from an industrial estate off the main road and sits back from the main road behind railings. The other issue, which no one has any control over ,were the work men staying over who decided to have no regard for anyone else and spent half the night making noise, clapping...

Staff are very friendly and helpful and quickly addressed a couple of minor issues with thermostat and the safe I had found after checkin. Rooms are modern, clean and decent size, bed was comfortable. Nice cooked breakfast available to order and a comfy lounge bar to wind down in before bed. It is a good base for sightseeing around the area but not really what I would call walking distance if you plan on spending a lot of time in...
