"The chalet accommodation is ideal for us and our two small dogs as we do not disturb the hotel guests if the dogs want an early morning toilet. The food in the restaurant was very nice but an “over the top” bar tender added farce to a lovely evening. We have stayed in the chalets for the last two years but no maintenance work has been done on faulty door handles and toilet flushes."

So after a 500 mile car journey and looking forward to a nice drink in the lounge bar and meal in one of the two restaurants advertised on Hotel.com booking confirmation were extremely dissatistied to find neither open. Compounded by a surly desk clerk suggesting we get back in the car and find somewhere in Poitier. Had to demand hot water to make tea, and double room for 2 was only made up for one. Dont forget the church...
