Got locked out of the hotel and they were quick to answer a very late night phone call to help us out. "Lovely 5 night stay! Only issues we had were other guests screaming up and down the corridors at 3am steaming drunk, the walls are paper thin! Not that others behaviours are the hotels fault of course. Plenty of food and drink variations; we hired a car and glad we did as others talked of long transfer times etc! But enjoyed our stay /)"

"Great location. Room was really nice but the Air Con wasn’t very effective. Only a very short walk to the beach. Staff all very helpful and friendly. We were room only but bought food from the hotel facilities - mainly the Crispy Corner. Food was only OK. Shop was very convenient and overall the hotel had everything you could need for a good holiday. We enjoyed it and would most likely stay there again. "

"Despite flight delays, being the last to be drop off for our airport transfer and met with orange warning for storms during our visit to majorca. Our experience with the hotel had been very positive, the staff was caring and they went above and beyond to ensure we have a comfortable stay with them. "The staff are very rude and do not understand English. There are always misunderstanding between guests and staff. The girl handling the bar next to pool tables was very rude. The room didint have a fridge or hair dryer in bathroom. The internet is not free and its ridiculously expensive to buy hotels wifi and its only for one device when you buy it. Overall very unhappy with our stay and would not recommend this hotel to anyone. But the location is great. "
