Clean and neat, staff is only on property up to 2:00 pm, so if you arrive later than that you must follow the instructions they will send to your Whatsapp. I did, not a big deal, everything was straightforward. It’s an older property so don’t expect a lot of modern amenities, but it certainly serves its purpose. WiFi worked so that was a plus! Staff was helpful. "

"We stayed here for one night while we visited Cinque Terre. So convenient, less than a 2 minute walk to the train station. The small breakfast we got was very tasty and the service at checkin/checkout and breakfast was great. There are only two parking stalls at the hotel so arrive early if you have a car, otherwise you have to find a spot on the street. The only “negative” thing we experience was the bed was very very uncomfortable. "

"A good place to stay for a couple of nights. It’s beautifully refurbished and v clean. Breakfast is nice too. It’s quite a walk into town or the train station, 30 mins or so, but there’s a a v good pizza place just down the road. We arrived mid afternoon which does not fit in with the hotels checking in hours, but after a phone call we were able to get in, much appreciated after a very long drive. "

"Very nice house with friendly and helpful staff. Its a up hill walk of a medium distance. A bit difficult if you have baggage. Breakfast is not included. But just a 5 minute walk to the beach and Monterroso's esplanade. Old town is about 15 minutes walk along the sea. Plenty of eateries starting from the moment you come down the hill."
