"Our flight was delayed leaving the UK, so everything was delayed. We knew the hotel reception was due to close at 23:00 and we thought we might be right up against it, so rang Hotel Los Arcos as soon as we had collected our bags to let them know the situation and again once we were on the road. "A small boutique Hotel right in the residential area so it's very quiet but super convenient to all the beaches,shops and restaurants. Our room set up takes time to get used to (lol) basically it's a " all in one " big room with everything in it( shower and toilet) but very clean. All the staff are amazing, especially the lady who works for breakfast area all by herself, very efficient and nice. Super thanks for all the cleaning ladies,they did an awesome job everyday!!"

"Had a really lovely stay at the Arrayanes Plays Hotel. The room was great with a really comfortable bed. The balcony provided a beautiful view across the bay with amazing sunrises. The pool was a good size with great views too. The staff were very friendly & helpful throughout my stsy"

"It was a great stay, the staff were very friendly, the pool and gardens were attractive and well kept. Playa del Maro beach is a hidden gem and about half hours walk, and the caves are 200m away from the hotel, both a must visit. I felt very chilled out staying there. Big thank you to the staff. "

"This is a lovely, comfortable, safe hotel. Location is ideal, just up from the beach & restaurants. The breakfast on the roof top terrace overlooks the beach, the bay and the mountains. All the front desk personal are friendly and helpful. I remember Jesus, Jose Miguel (awesome) and Raquel, but there were others who made me feel at home! I hope to return this Fall or next Spring."
