"I loved every single thing except that I didn’t know the pool doesn’t work at the time of booking. We had to go across the street to use the other hotels pool, which is fine no big deal. Just wish it had told me at the time of booking! Everything else was perfect! "

"This place was a pleasant surprise. Newly renovated with Scandinavian design themes, it had a great lounge/common area with games & a fireplace to relax in, plus 24hr coffee service. Easy Walk to the pub nextdoor for dinner. Pool was clean. Little hill behind it was perfect for sledding. Shuttle bus pick up to ski Sunapee (which is literally across the street)."

"There was ice all over the front porch to get in to check in. The tub was dirty plus the thing to switch from tub to shower was broke. Couldn’t have breakfast because it was in the office that did not open until 9 or 10 am. "
