"Firstly put in an accessible room with a low bed, very sparsely furnished, no bath and located outside lifts. Asked to be moved and without issue moved to a triple room on sixth floor. Starting.look a little old, mattress not the comfiest and warm in the room.Still a nice hotel close enough to centre to walk in rooms are quality. "

"We had a very comfortable stay for two nights. We were made very welcome and the parking was excellent. The free tea and coffee in the reception area was fine. All the facilities in the room were fresh and attractive. The bed was comfortable and the two single duvets a welcome feature. The hotel is near a large retail park, rather than in the city centre, but it seemed easy enough to get there by public transport. "Comfortable bed and room with all required facilities. Functional but unappealing bathroom with heavy door difficult for elderly. Excellent buffet breakfast with good options. Efficient check-in. Walking route to town not ideal or ‘comfortable’ late at night, but is better lit now. "
