"Beautiful location, many walking opportunities. The apartment is dog friendly, comfortable, well equipped & spacious, with fantastic views & simple stylish decor. Plenty of room for muddy gear. It is well heated & directly adjacent to the Hunters Inn. Seasoning & condiments are not provided, but there are basic utensils & pans and the all important dishwasher oven, hob & microwave. "The room is large and clean with a nice size shower. The bed was very comfortable with lots of pillows and other nice amenities like coffee and television, refrigerator table and chairs, etc. it also had a nice fan. What I didn’t like is a parking was very tight we were fortunate on both of our nights stay to find a spot right in front of the hotel but I suppose if we come a bit later, we would’ve had to struggle to find a place nearby. "

"Superb in every way. Warm and welcoming staff who couldn’t have been more helpful and kind. Cosy but spacious bedroom with very comfortable bed. Fantastic home cooked food and plenty of it! A roaring log fire and honesty bar for drinks and snacks. The views are spectacular and although in a quiet location, within easy reach of the shops. "

"What an absolutely amazing place stayed 6 nights with my wife that needed a nice break to take her mind off chemo treatment . From the moment we arrived we felt so welcome. The pub part is amazing friendly staff great beer and food the locals are so friendly to just loved this place . The pods are amazing with lovely views of Exmoor clean warm and just lovely. I will be back soon thats for sure also breakfast is included 😋 "

"This is a lovely old little B&B, with a cute country charm and lovely, friendly staff. Great food for vegetarians at breakfast and dinner. Nice room with lovely views of the countryside. Due to the rural and old nature of the pub, it was a little dusty and probably in need of a lick of paint, but this certainly shouldn’t deter people from staying. It was everything we needed during our stay!"
