"The only reason I left one star off is because I feel the breakfast could use a little updating offering coffee options fresher fruits and maybe have one waffle and one pancake maker, and also when you upgrade and join the Marriott plan where you get exclusive deals and bonuses they let you know there is a fee involved, my rate when up almost 100 bucks and I wasn’t expecting my rate to change and the staff never explained this to me"

"The property is good. Breakfast and snacks at night were good. The only thing I didn't like was that there was only one elevator working and it was super slow. You had to wait a long time to be able to use it."

"I loved our stay at this Hotel. First of all the staff were very nice. I got an email from Marriott for early check in. We still got to the place even early than expected but the staff were very welcoming, our room was ready. Unfortunately, the door lock was disabled but they immediately gave up a new room. I cannot complain about our stay. The room smells clean and really clean. Bathroom were newly updated. I will definitely stay again next time we visit VA"

"I stayed in the Jamestown commons. It was located a little away from the main building and since it was winter when I came, I had to use my car to get there. It would have been helpful if vending machines were located inside each villa building or floor. The only way to get any kind of snacks was to go to the main building and it was very overpriced. Other than this minor issue, our stay was wonderful. The staff was extremely helpful with recommendations and accommodating any needs. The 1...
