"The inside of this hotel was excellent! Clean room, lobby, and restaurant. I loved having a suite with a bedroom. Outside of the hotel felt unsafe & surrounding buildings were dirty and unkept. We had no issues with safety but I did not feel comfortable walking to my car solo after dark in this area. "

"Lovely hotel with a friendly staff. Good coffee in the mornings with complimentary breakfast. I love how they created a lobby area that invites guests to hang out and slow down with lots of seating, games and reading materials. My only 2 complaints would be the bathroom door doesn’t lock or close completely (sliding door with some gaps) and I had to park across the street in a parking garage. Fun, unique hotel overall though. "

"The pool was not open. Disappointing for IHG. We didn’t look for a deal - we wanted a quality experience after a long day on the road. Staff was apologetic and very kind about it. Later, our son slipped exiting shower and busted his lip. Staff provided an ice pack and asked if he was ok. Hotel may need to review some non slip applications to prevent reoccurrences. IHG and Travelocity should also communicate better on amenities like the pool. Though we preferIHG and Travelocity for...
