"The property is good, clean and centrally located on the flat area 1 min from the ticket office. However there is no parking and it is not really obvious from the large underground car park (which is underneath the hotel and you can see it as you arrive) how to access the hotel - instructions could be provided. We had to wait 10 mins ringing the door bell and finally calling the manager for someone to let us in, the safe did not work in the room, and we were not expecting room 2 to be bunk...

"Staff were all great and friendly from the start right until the end of the stay. The breakfast and dinner buffet are both great with amazing an selection, I was surprised to see that the menu would change too! I was however disappointed to see that the jacuzzi and other facilities were only provided as a surcharge, €15 for 30 minutes, a timed thing! You can't just enjoy the relaxation knowing that the longer you stay in the more expensive it will be. "

"We used this hotel for an overnight stop on our way from Zaragoza to Almeria airport (picking someone up). Did not arrive till gone 9pm, but restaurant still open, had a great meal and some well deserved beers. Great find, very welcoming staff, everything in the room you would need and a great shower. "we booked for 5 nights for our ski trip to Sierra Nevada, it was a great base and Julie was the perfect host. It was much nicer than staying in the ski resort & the village is lovely too. Our room was big and we had a comfortable bed and good shower which is exactly what you need after a days skiing. We arrived late due to a flight delay but Julie was very understanding. We will definitely be back."
