"The friendliness and helpfulness of staff was outstanding. The check in/check out was efficient. The rooms were small but very, very comfortable and clean. Had a great night's sleep. The Swansea market and castle are nearby, shop are an easy few steps away, and there are some great eating options within walking distance. The on-site cafe, Cafe Lucia served great coffee and was a very comfortable, inviting venue. Would stay here again, if we ever get the opportunity to return to Swansea."

There was some cobwebs in bathroom and on first night accidentally spilt some tea on duvet but this was not changed when room was serviced next morning. "We were on the second floor, the lift was clean and prompt, the room was clean and the bathroom clean. "The hotel exceeded our expectations, we didn't expect 4-5 star service from the budget hotel with such low price, and we read through the previous reviews, so we really expected an old traditional place rather than modern network hotels.
