"Great staff. Always very polite and welcoming. My only gripe is that the car park spaces are very narrow and the car park needs to be bigger (or share with the Harvester!) That said, it’s better than a lot of other hotels, and I’ve always been able to park somewhere. Lift hasn’t worked for more than 6 months. Doesn’t affect me, but I’d imagine that’s more than inconvenient for some others."

"What a great find. Stayed here while working in Swansea. Great place, beautifully clean, quiet and out the way, but the shops are only 5 mins away. "

"Brilliant stay, the staff and the owner were great very homey and warm atmosphere. Very kindly made me an early breakfast each day as I had to be up for a training course. Rooms were clean tidy and brilliantly sound proofed as I heard nothing from the bar downstairs. Great little place would highly recommend."

"Convenient for train, bus and taxis. The staff were efficient, and helpful. The hotel was clean. Tea and coffee making facilities were provided but there was no resteraunt. Music provided for a function on the ground floor could be heard in the bedroom. "

"Staff were fantastic from checking in to servicing the room and our needs. Nothing was any trouble. Restaurant staff were amazing along with all the chefs. Food was amazing cannot fault any meal we had. Nice garden area to sit outside The only thing to mention is outside our hotel room door (room 5 first floor) there must be a generator as every morning from 7am onwards. Along with the sound it also caused vibrations on our door. So if you are a light sleeper bear this in mind. We were there 3...
