"The hotel made sure to mention that English was available and the staff spoke it, but I only met one person who spoke English when I was checking out. That being said, I didn’t have too much trouble communicating. The view from the balcony is amazing and a 12/10. "The property was extremely tired and run down and did not reflect how it was advertised on the Expedia website. We paid extra for a spa bath which when we turned it on, filled the room with the smell of sewage- we obviously therefore did not use it! Our room smelled damp and there was evidence of mould on the ceiling in our room and in communual areas. The furniture was battered and broken and the shower rusty."

The room was spacious and clean for our family of four we only wish we had an ocean view but unfortunately all those rooms were booked due to our late booking. The pool is heated.
