"Overall my daughter and I enjoyed our stay and the hotel was located perfectly to get to the shops and for dining out locally. The swimming pool facilities were good and the room was lovely. The only negative point would be one of the towels we had was very badly marked with brown stains, but it didn’t ruin our stay! "

Said if any issues phone from the phone near the lift which unfortunately I didn’t see and had to return to...

"a very basic accommodation, the rooms are adequate and shower is hot. the area is safe and you have the lake to walk around. Bring snacks and drinks as difficult to get on site. my only real complaint is the walls in the single rooms are very thin. "

"Arrived early but early check in was £15 so we just left the bags with them and went out. Request for a room with a bath was met, which was wonderful. Toilet was seperste to bathroom which was strange but both were clean and the bed comfortable."

"Our stay was okay, the room was very cold and took a while to heat up and as we arrived late we would have appreciated an ambient temperature. We were in room 222 and there were blood stains beneath the shower on the floor? The breakfast was good. The leather seats in the lounge have seen better days there was a chuck of leather and foam stuffing out of one if them. The staff seemed nice."

"Our stay here was good, very clean, very friendly lady on reception and very helpful. My only issues were no plug sockets by the bed and you could only turn bedside lights off on one side. My husband wanted one side for his heated blanket but had to have cable lying across floor to reach nearest socket which meant I had to sleep on the other side where there was no switch for the light so if I needed the loo in the night I had to use my phone torch to get to the other side of the bed so I could...
