"The staff were immensely friendly and welcoming. For sone reason I was given a room that had a wheelchair accessible bathroom which meant the sink was low and the bathroom was essentially a wet room. I would have preferred a conventional bathroom, but it was clean and functional. The breakfast was one of the best in terms of quality. Limited only by choice tge pork sausages and bacon were lovely! The location was a short walk from the marina and city centre. Would definitely stay here again "

The room was comfortable and had everything that was needed for my stay,. In the morning i had a shower the side glass leaked so floor was soaked and even after running for about 25 minutes water was only Luke warm, i reported this to reception was advised to try other times of day and or to run sink tap at same time, neither of these...
