Pillows ok but one too little and 2 too much. Did not sleep well. Could hear every noise from people next door. Paintwork throughout hotel could do with a refresh. Carpets very worn in places. I would say they are the minimum standard you’d expect from a good hotel these days. Comfortable and adequate. Walls are a little thin, in terms of noise - which could be a problem if you have noisy neighbours. Also cheap and nasty toilet paper which takes the edge of the ‘executive’ experience.
