"Very great hotel with excellent service, 5 stars for sure. Transportation service was a plus. If we wanted to go to a nearby park for my kids to play they took us. The mall la misión is a beautiful mall with lots to do right in front of the hotel. The only thing I wish they would work on with the city is possibly putting in a cross walk right in front to cross to the mall. They have stairs with a bridge ( difficult for strollers ) a pedestrian signal would be nice. "
