Their ac didn’t work at night or day. They claimed that was normal. Had to sleep with the window open to let in some air from the outside. Mind you that there’s a lot of traffic noise and didn’t get a good sleep for me any my family. Check out early and rented another hotel.

The room was super hot. They decided to shut down the air conditioning in the rooms.. however halls, main lobby, bar and dining area was fully conditioned. Carpet in the room was dirty and under the bed was never cleaned as there was lint, dirt, dust, and a pair of dirty socks under the bed. 2nd day was 80degree so the decided to turn air on for a while. But then got turned off. We were told we need to leave balcony door open to air out and cool the room. So we had to sleep with the balcony door open. Overall experience was terrible but we made the best of it as we couldn’t cancel to go somewhere else. Most staff was rude and did not offer help. We asked for a TV remote and we finally got it on our last day stay.
