"Fantastic pet friendly hotel. Really welcoming staff who went beyond. Loved the location, choice of restaurants In walking distance. Ease of parking the car. We opted for the underground car park but there was parking on the roads nearby. Will definitely visit again. Loved the dog spa room as well. "

"We stayed for 6 nights February 2024. Location is nice and secure. The room was very well stocked with laundry (washing machine is in your own apartment) and kitchen supplies (including an electric water kettle). Apartment was very nice and spacious and the bedroom was cool upstairs with circular stairs. One oddity, the shower is small and does not have a curtain/door behind you so water can get all over. Will definitely come back."

"Only stayed the one night but easy to find, staff were friendly and communicated well. As the reception was closed when we arrived we were given clear instructions on what to do. Took a good 5/10 mins for the water to run hot in the shower when we first arrived but after that no issues. Overall really nice place "

"Hotel is nice, rooms are clean and comfortable with everything you need. Wonderful views and great location. Staff are friendly and helpful. Drinks are reasonably priced and there are loads of restaurants nearby if you don't want to eat at the hotel. Breakfast was lovely, dinner was not so good. The rest of our party enjoyed it so maybe it was just me, but I wasn't impressed with the options or the quality. It was nice to have entertainment available, although it wasn't to my taste.
