"The staff were lovely, and the hotel is in a very convenient location, with the Riva being an easy 10 minute walk. However, it's extremely difficult to find, as there is no name outside - luckily, I happened to recognise the metal gates from the listing photos. It's actually just off the square where the bus/taxi stops are, so it's easy once you know where to look. The rooms were very clean, and the shower was great, but there were no English TV channels - only Croatian. There were no tea/coffee...

"Great location in Split next to the Riva. It was convenient to get out and explore. The rooms were super clean, but you could tell it’s an older property. The bathroom doors did not close from the wood having swelled with moisture, and it was hard to open it to get inside. The bathroom smelled terribly and was very small. "

"The staff were really friendly and helpful. We stayed in the annex and it was quiet and clean. The breakfast was amazing with loads of choice. Very convenient location, only 5 mins walk to the local bus station where you can get buses to the airport and Klis castle etc really easily. About 15 min walk to the palace and waterfront. Roof top pool and hot tubs a massive plus. We would definitely stay again "

"If we could rate staff 10 stars, we would. Our trip would not have been nearly as enjoyable without Frane- absolutely amazing- very responsive helpful and courteous. The room was great and the restaurant nearby- Ciri Biri Bella- cannot be missed. Walkable to Old Palace area, tours, shopping, waterfront, grocery, markets, beaches, parks - the list goes on and on!! "The perfect hosts and the perfect location. This family run hotel is such a gem. Located so close to the old own of Split its a great location to start exploring the beauty of the city. My room was clean, had all the amenities I needed and was just all around cosy. The owners will go out of their way to help as well and offer a transfer to and from the airport.
