I needed to follow the directions and park below the hotel but instead followed the gps and wedged the rental literally between the rock and the hard place. Service bailed me out of the scrape! "This was perfect for a short break. Spotlessly clean, very comfortable (great bed/mattress) and as much as you can eat in the extensive continental breakfast. Excellent value for money. There is a bus service into Trapani from outside the door, although there are only 5 buses a day. The last bus back leaves Trapani at 8.05pm. Another bonus is that If you are travelling light you don't even need to pay for a taxi from the airport - it's just a shortish (50 minute) walk. The only slight...

"Valentina is an excellent host to homely B&B that is kept clean and tidy.Garden provides ingredients to home cooked meals available on request in the evening.Accommodating and friendly family.A hire car would facilitate easy access to other locations .Local buses from the village square (10 minutes on foot ) to Trapani .Enjoyed my stay in what is a rural location .Grazie!"

"The hotel has a great location, but bad management. The place is wrecked, everything is rusted and VERY old. The double beds are actually 2 single mattresses, so if you are a couple prepare to fall between the gap. There is no Wi-Fi in rooms or anywhere near them. You have to go to reception, and it's limited even at hours with no one around. Took me 15 mins each time to download emails. The staff are all really unfriendly/not helpful even if you speak Italian. You can't pay with cash but...

"The location is gorgeous! I can see why people have weddings there. My suite was very night with a big comfortable bed and a nice bathtub which I did enjoy. My dog was able to stay comfortable as well. The breakfast was nice with pastries, small sandwiches, cereals and fruits. I had a lovely stay and can't wait to stay again! "

"Hotel located on edge of town, 10 minute walk to restaurants, 15 minutes to ferry. Friendly, helpful front-line staff. Excellent buffet breakfast. Mechanical problems in room were quickly rectified by staff. "

"Archangelo was wonderful. He was there to meet us and served a fantastic breakfast. The apartment was very nice and the bed very comfortable. The only drawback was the noise from the water pump which was quite loud. But the location was easy walking distance to downtown and the parking was great. "

"Objective Facts: - On the first day of stay, the boat did not sail, and there was no refund. - On the second day of stay, We arrived at the accommodation, but it was very cold and the heater did not work. - Host tried to fix the heater, but The heater was not fixed and the host offered down-graded accommodation. There was no compensation for that. - It took about an 2 hours to fix the heater, so we missed dinner time. And host informed that the worker fixing the heater could come from Trapani...

"Owner on-site and very helpful. The suite was decorated in antiques and thoughtfully stocked with such things as personal bug spray, water, creamers/tea, etc. The "free parking" was on the public streets and square but the owner assisted us in making sure we were not in the wrong place at the wrong time. The continental breakfast delivered to the suite was nice. The public areas were a little worn and the elevator was a little scary... but the suite was in great shape. A/C was only in the...

"Restaurant was excellent- fantastic food even though the place was deserted. Only 3 tables out of over 20 for the whole evening. A quiet night maybe? Rooms are quite small and basic but have veranda seating which was very pleasant. It is on the flight path from the airport but with only 2 planes going over that evening it is not an issue. The airport seems to only have about 12 flights per day. It was a shame the pool was closed (mid-September)."
