"Great location,good bed and pillows. So close to shopping Mall. Good staff. A kettle in the room would be a great addition. There is a hot water machine in reception,but by the time you get back to your room it's no longer A hot drink."

"The room itself was very utilitarian - functional but not even any pictures on the institutional colored walls. Like many places we experienced in Thailand, the bed and pillows were very hard. The air conditioning was good and the shower was great. It was nice to have a little terrace, but no room to sit outside. "Although the pool and gym were being refurbished we had lovely rooms, the location was excellent and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. Oat, who helped us with our bags and booked our cars was particularly friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel. "

"The location is not convenient for shopping or ATMs unless you have vehicle. Nothing in the way of entertainment handy. Few handy alternatives to in house dining. "
