"The shower had black mould. There were no hangers to hang clothes on. There was no safe. Sometimes the towels had stains. The breakfast was limited to eggs, sausages, OJ and coffee/tea every day. The eggs were always cold. They loaded the linen daily through the reception parst the eating area. Nothing about this hotel indicates they think about the customer experience. "

"This is a small little hotel, so do no expect to much, hotel is in of clean and in good condition, but the staff doesn’t smile doesn’t talk apart from the very necessary, I think staff could be more friendly and relaxed, customer wants to feel welcome and not in a cube of ice."

"Everything was perfect: staff, new, modern building and room, cleanness, facilities plus Asian breakfast included in room price (which was not mentioned during booking). You need your own transport as hotel is located quite far from Chiang Khan (my favourite town in Thailand). Would recommend. "

"A compact but very comfortable hotel and room within 5 minute walk to the famous walking street. Hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating even with my poor Thai speaking skills. Hotel parking is right around the corner within 3 minute walk. Would stay here again."

"Easy check in, 200 baht key deposit. Very friendly helpful staff. My special request was granted, thank you. Room very dusty, furniture aged and unstable. The room was much smaller than I have stayed in before. Could use coffee maker. All round it was a great stay. "

"It is not the same property as in the picture. We were stuck on the second floor which was very dissapointing. No king size bed as ordered. Neibors have many dogs barking all night and roosters crowing from 5 am."

"TV was not working. We couldn't watch anything. The hotel needs to use a cable system. "

"NO attached toilet in rooms!!!!! Common toilets facilities! Very inconvenience! The hotel is make of wooden structures. Partitions between rooms are not sound proof. Conversation can be heard across rooms. Walking to use the common toilets will create “cracking sound” of wood! Wake up everybody. Stay 1 night (booked 2 nights) and left "

"I very much enjoyed my stay. The property is lovely with gardens, flowers, trees, and several inviting outdoor common spaces. My room was comfortable and very clean. The owner is delightful. She shared Thai coffee and oolong tea with me in the morning helping to make my stay memorable. "

"We were the only occupants for a Fri night. Maybe cos it’s about 10min walk away from the walking street. Place is around the residential area... quite quiet... you can hear the cricket or cicada croaking when walking along the street at night. Chiang Khan is only vibrant along the walking street. The rest of the areas close by 8-9pm... so if you are not driving, and maybe just 1-2pax, you might be better off staying along the activity street. The place is about 15min away from Phu Tok mountain...
