"A very nice hotel, quite expensive, but it is nearly new so everything is clean and tidy. The self checkin was broken, so we had to speak to the helpdesk, the were very efficient. The aircon was good. The breakfast was good, I love their scrambled eggs. Was quite close to the lake. A very quiet place, I would use again."

"Very nice place. We had a lake view with a balcony. Even though it's an old building with radiator heating (no thermostat control, but you can control with the knob). The room was pretty spacious. It was very clean. It's located on a shopping street by the lake, lots of restaurants and shops around. The only thing was laundry service was cash only (CHF15 per small basket). If you need to borrow a charge adaptor the deposit is also cash. "

"The hotel was good overall. The walk up the hill from the train station was challenging with luggage. When we arrived, we waited about 20 minutes for someone to check us in. The sign at the desk advised we could call, however as we only had a data plan, we couldn’t. I walked the stairs and eventually found someone who could call the number. The small lift was helpful, and our room was big enough for a family of four. The beds were comfy, and the shower was good, though the room felt a bit dark....

"Very friendly staff, rooms are clean. Only downside is lack of amenities (bring your own shampoo!). Construction at the moment makes it awkward to get to. "A very pleasant stay in a very convenient location of Evian. I stayed for a long weekend, and although the room was very nice, and I got a balcony, there was a bit of a stale smell in the bathroom, and although opening a window helped, it was not very handy being it was a bit cold.
