"There was a lack of hospitality. When we checked in, we were given very little information from the woman at the desk. She was preoccupied with babysitting a young child and conversing with his mother. Otherwise the Inn was clean and very nicely restored. "

"This place is out of this world!!! Great owners who are very accommodating. Chef is five star for breakfast. Location is great for arts , history, dining, walking. Close to Cooperstown, Oneonta, Johnstown etc. Mansion is clean and beautifully decorated."
