"Do NOT use Expedia for international bookings. Property offers a lot more flexibility and better service via its own site or other platforms (I had good experience with Ctrip for China). "The only issue I had was my room a/c wasn’t good. The night wasn’t too warm, so it didn’t affect my stay. Staff were helpful. I didn’t complain about the a/c because it would have been too much trouble to switch rooms. The room was very quiet even though my window faced the road. "

"Quaint little Hutong hotel right in the heart of the tourist-trap hutong so it was really convenient, tho not sure where the metro station is. Check in was quick and easy and really appreciate that I got the room before the 2pm checkin time. Was delighted with the afternoon tea snacks. Staff were all helpful and friendly. Cleanliness-wise - room was pretty clean except, the room floor was a little dusty. Room has USB and USB-C points by the bed. Will definitely stay here again if I visit Beijing"
