"Une arrivée décevante je réserve une chambre pour deux on me propose une pièce avec deux petites cloisons avec lits individuels On nous reloge je demande pour accéder à la piscine on me dit oui mais il y a un supplément de 10€/heures par personne je dit oui ok ( même si se n’est pas précisé à la réservation et par la suite on me dit la piscine n’est pas accessible mon mari a mis les traitements on a eu du monde se week-end ( nous étions mardi soir !!!) "

"Attended for the Belgium Grand Prix, so appreciably busy, however parking could be better as struggled to find places and due to a lack of demarcation in the overflow carparks, people were parking everywhere, including on grassed areas. Rooms are clean, however in need of air conditioning as the far side of the hotel is glazed and the rooms were hot, despite a fan being provided. "I was not expecting to stay in a side building made of bedrooms. It did not feel like a hotel at all. Just a bedroom in a building. When l asked why not staying in the small hotel building, the answer was l don’t have a choice or preference.????"
