It says wifi but you try getting pass words as no body available! Or speaks english . Room service is very poor had to track down a cleaner after 7 days just to change towels wich wasn't easy . "

"I was denied access to the pool because i had a Pepsi in my hand. I was told i could not go to the pool, and a sign reading "no outside food or drink" was shown to me. I had never had an experience like that before anywhere in Thailand, and i have been there many times and traveled to many places. Outside of this incident, my stay there was fine."
