"have no complaints. I went for a funeral so I was only in the room and restaurant. That said the room was clean and comfortable. Some of the staff were pleasant and some may benefit from a customer service training or something. I did get an unauthorized charge on my credit card and I must admit initially I don’t think they were going to take it off but I had the receipts to prove that it wasn’t my charge and they said it would be refunded. "My stay for the room was great. The rooms were very clean and organized. The only issue that I had with my visit is that the pool area is very cold. All of the children in there had chill bumps and were shivering. The water is cold as expected but the room within itself was very cold."
