"Everything! The owner greated us on day one. The staff, the shuttle, the cleanliness, the breakfasts were amazing and the hot tub was nice and clean.. a great lication. They upgraded us with no cost and gave us a little late check out to accommodate our travels. The margaritas were greT too. "

"Not a "fancy" hotel, but boy is it charming and convenient. The location is unbeatable, comfy beds and nice rooms--it's all very Santa Fe. We parked right outside our room and walked all around downtown, it's close to everything. I can't wait to come back and spend a few nights here and just relax."

"We checked into the hotel later in the evening and were well received, after ringing the bell several times. There was a roaring fire in the small reception area which was appreciated on a cold, snowy nite. We had a Lovely, quaint, clean room with a gas fireplace....next day breakfast was delicious, too! Unfortunately, we left early the next day but would definitely return on one of our next visits to Santa Fe!"

"My friends and I stayed at Residence Inn Santa Fe. The location was perfect. It seemed to be close to the activities we planned and the restaurants we experienced. However, one of our tv's wasn't working so I told someone about it at the front desk. They were going to send someone to check on it. No one did, because when we looked at the TV, the cable cord wasn't even connected to the TV. I couldn't reach the back of the tv to fix it. When we checked out, I told the manager at the front...
