"The pool area looks nice on the surface but it’s definitely in need of A LOT of cleaning & repairs. You can see a line of filth on each white height marker tile inside the pool. There are open holes where pool safety railings were removed in MULTIPLE spots. Moldy & mildewy ceiling tiles. Pieces of the “stucco” ceiling parts were falling off. Holes in ceiling. You can’t sit on the pool ledge with your feet in the water because the floor paint is peeling off and will get all over your hands, legs,...

"This hotel is very clean and the staff is very friendly. There are MANY dining and shopping options in the area. If you are a coffee lover there a nice coffee shop called coolatta coffee house 2 minutes away. We had a room on the 6th floor, as previous people stated the higher floors are better! The added security to get to your room is a plus. The shower was AMAZING!!! The gym was very clean as well. I did not use the pool. My only issue was the breakfast, in my opinion it was not good AT ALL....

"The hallways are very dark. They had a live band which was very loud and even though we were on the 5th floor we could still hear them. I love the scent of the soaps and shampoo but our body wash was empty."
