"Pretty new building and clean rooms on a business oriented hotel. Comfortable bed and great shower. No frills. Check-in was unbearably slow. Parking structure was not planned for larger cars. A bit of confusion at check out - they wanted to charge me even though I had already paid at the booking site."

Entramos num dos elevadores ,no terreo,,estava um degrau grande, nao funcionava,ai o pessoal da manutenção gritou do teto q estava em manutenção, mas nem um aviso,nem uma placa,nem um cone,nada para impedir os hospedes de entrarem no elevador...muito grave."
